KM Voice Studio is full at this time.
Katie Mecham has been teaching private voice lessons since 2004, guiding students to find confidence and joy in their unique voices. She earned a BFA in Choral Music Education with a Theatre minor from Brigham Young University.
For seven years, Katie sang as a soprano in The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, performing on international broadcasts and in concert with guest artists such as Donny Osmond, Sutton Foster, and Kristin Chenoweth.
Beyond the choir loft, Katie is involved in the Utah Valley theater scene as a music director and performer. She brings that same energy, patience, and encouragement to every lesson, helping students discover their own sound and perform with joy.
Katie is passionate about supporting singers at whatever stage they’re in, whether preparing for auditions, performing in front of an audience, or simply singing in the shower for the love of music.
At home, Katie is a devoted wife and mother of five. She enjoys video games, watercolor painting, and getting lost in a good book. She especially treasures game nights with family and friends, where laughter and friendly competition always take center stage.
